Ikos Resorts is pleased to announce the five-star Ikos Andalusia will open in spring 2021 with world-class hygiene measures, a complimentary Travel Protection Plan which includes COVID-19 medical coverage, and flexible booking conditions giving guests peace of mind when they book their stay.
After a total investment of 180 million euros, Ikos Resorts carried out a complete renovation of the Princess Hotel in Estepona, working alongside a joint venture formed by Acciona and Sando. With 411 rooms, 4,000 m2 of swimming pools and extensive gardens, Ikos Andalusia offers a relaxing oasis on Spain's Costa del Sol.
The resort will open under an all-tested promise, which ran successfully at Ikos Resorts last season, setting the new global standard for covid-safe holidays. As part of Ikos Resorts’ Infinite Care Protocol™, the all-tested promise means that all staff members will be tested for Covid-19 prior to the resort opening and will then undergo regular rapid antigen tests. A complimentary rapid antigen test will also be offered to all domestic and international guests upon arrival, while international guests will be able to book various tests on site at in order to meet their required travel specifications before departure (extra costs will apply).
Situated in a privileged location between the cosmopolitan centre of Marbella and the historic city of Estepona, the highly anticipated five-star Ikos Andalusia will open in spring 2021 as the fifth addition to the brand’s roster. Ikos Andalusia will open its doors to the public in April 2021, in a privileged location between the cosmopolitan center of Marbella and the historic city of Estepona.
