Set within eight acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa opens its doors today, bringing the brand’s famous hospitality to one the UK’s happiest towns. The newly refurbished hotel prides itself on offering exceptional service in the heart of Harrogate, along with exquisite spa facilities and unique culinary concepts. 

The hotel is home to two quintessential British eateries:

Carter’s Champagne Bar & Grill and Frederick’s Piano Lounge and Terrace.

Dating back to the 1900s, the hotel has been transformed into a contemporary oasis with Victorian charm. With 11 suites to choose from, guests can enjoy a separate living area, larger bathroom, cosy bathrobes and slippers – ideal for business trips and weekend getaways. In addition, 173 standard superior and deluxe guest rooms are available, including one or two king beds and all of the brand’s well-known amenities. 

The hotel offers 14 meeting rooms with the largest room spanning 1,860 square metres and holding up to 350 guests – making the hotel’s meetings and events space ideal for any conferences, weddings or cocktail receptions – testament to Yorkshire being a key destination for conference and events. All rooms offer natural light, with many overlooking the hotel’s traditional grounds.

DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa is owned and managed by Cairn Group who purchased the Majestic Hotel in November 2016 and began a £15m refurbishment in March 2018.
