Five new soft, monochrome quartzite and granite colours from Brazil and India join the Sensa by Cosentino® range of protected natural stone surfaces
As with all Sensa by Cosentino® colours, the new colours are highly resistant to stains thanks to the revolutionary Senguard NK protection, developed exclusively by Cosentino. Colours are easy to maintain and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including façades.
The world leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for architecture and design, the Cosentino Group is excited to launch five new soft, monochrome colours to its innovative range of protected natural stone surfaces, Sensa by Cosentino®.
The new colours; Siberia, Platino, Vancouver, Silver Grey and Graphite Grey, have excellent resistance to stains as they have been treated with the revolutionary Senguard NK anti-stain protection, developed exclusively by Cosentino’s Research and Development team for its natural stone range.
“With this launch, we intend to respond to market demands by adding soft colours and tones to our Sensa by Cosentino® portfolio, as well as different matte finishes and, above all, exclusive and distinctive materials”, says Francisco Guzmán Gutiérrez Martos, Product Manager of Sensa by Cosentino®.
Five New Colours, From top right:
Siberia: This Brazilian quartzite features a white background reminiscent of pristine Siberian snow, contrasted with a delicate scattering of black speckles.
Platino: A beautiful quartzite from the depths of Brazil, its mineral composition gives a sense of purity, while its distinctive veins evoke the movement of ocean waves. Its leather finish (without gloss and special texture) can help to bring balance and harmony to any interior space.
Vancouver: This Brazilian quartzite's white background constants against a varied range of veins spanning thick, narrow, wide, intertwined and separated. The result is an array of unique, beautiful patterns which excite the senses.
Silver Grey: Uniform and bold white veins run horizontally across the deep grey surface of this Brazilian granite, giving warmth and serenity to any interior space.
Graphite Grey: This grey granite from India displays a unique character and colour thanks to Cosentino's exclusive Carese finish, which gives it a distinctive texture and glossy appearance.
Thanks to the unique and pioneering Senguard NK protection, the full range of Sensa by Cosentino® offers excellent resistance against aggressive substances and acids as well as being scratch-resistant and easy to maintain on a daily basis. This UV-resistant treatment allows Sensa by Cosentino® surfaces to be used in both indoor and outdoor applications, making it the ideal surface of choice for worktops, flooring, cladding, façades, and more, while allowing the stone to breathe and maintain its natural colour. Furthermore, thanks to its NSF certification, Sensa by Cosentino® surfaces are proven safe to use in areas for food preparation.
Certified with a 15-year warranty, the Sensa by Cosentino® range offers a comprehensive assortment of colours with classic beauty and cutting-edge technology, which can work for even the most ambitious interior designs. It is perfect for those who love nature and the unique beauty of natural stone but need a high quality, resistant material with an outstanding performance. The new Sensa by Cosentino® colours have been developed at Cosentino Latina, the company’s subsidiary specialising in granite and quartzite. Located in the Brazilian city of Vitória, Cosentino Latina is one of the main exporters of natural stone in Brazil, as well as the only production plant Cosentino has outside its industrial park in Cantoria, Almeria (Spain).
